Terms of Service

These terms govern use of villacalasassari.com / villacalasassari.it. Content on this site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer. Bookings are subject to the rental contract signed at the time of reservation.

Bookings and payments. Direct reservations are handled through Lodgify, our booking platform. Payments — including the booking deposit, balance and the refundable damage deposit (security deposit) — are processed by Stripe via Lodgify. Card details are entered on Lodgify / Stripe and never touch our servers. Where agreed in writing in advance, payment and/or the damage deposit may instead be made by bank transfer to the account indicated by the owner; in that case the reservation is confirmed only once cleared funds are received.

Damage deposit. A refundable damage deposit is required for every stay. It is pre-authorised or charged via Stripe before or at check-in (or wired in advance if paid by bank transfer) and released after check-out, less any documented damages or extra charges, in accordance with the rental contract.

Cancellations and refunds. Cancellation, refund and rescheduling rules are set out in the rental contract signed at the time of reservation and in Lodgify's checkout terms; those documents prevail over any general statement on this website.

Third-party services. Bookings, payments, analytics and marketing tools referenced in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy are provided by third parties (Lodgify, Stripe, Google, Meta, Resend) under their own terms and privacy policies.

Governing law. These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the owner's residence, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
