Right of withdrawal — exemption

Under Article 59(1)(n) of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of accommodation services for purposes other than residential, when the contract specifies a date or period of performance. Bookings are therefore non-refundable except as set out in our cancellation policy.
