Villa Cala Sassari ("we") operates this website. We collect only the information you submit through our inquiry form (name, email, phone, dates, message), which is forwarded to our owner email via Resend (transactional email processor). We do not store inquiry data in a database.

Cookies & local storage. Your selected language is encoded in the URL (e.g. /en, /it) — no cookie used. Your cookie preferences are stored in your browser's localStorage and never leave your device. See our Cookie Policy for the full list.

Analytics. Google Analytics 4 (`G-7W74S0JXCF`) runs under Google Consent Mode v2. Before you opt in it operates in cookieless mode: aggregated, non-identifying measurement pings — page views and interactions such as sending an inquiry or tapping a phone number — are sent to Google without setting cookies or advertising identifiers, and your IP address is not stored. If you grant the analytics category, Google Analytics additionally uses cookies for full analytics and collects granular usage data — your approximate (city-level) location and your device, browser and operating-system details. Marketing & advertising (opt-in). With your consent we load the Meta Pixel and enable Google Signals. Google Signals lets Google Analytics associate visit data with signed-in Google users who have turned on Ads Personalization, enabling cross-device measurement and remarketing; the Meta Pixel measures conversions and enables re-marketing on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). Data controllers: Google Ireland Ltd. and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. You can withdraw either consent at any time via the Cookie preferences link in the footer.

Bookings & payments. Reservations, payments and refundable damage deposits are processed by Lodgify (our booking platform) using Stripe as payment processor. Card details are entered on Lodgify / Stripe and never touch our servers. Lodgify and Stripe act as independent data controllers under their own privacy policies. Where agreed in writing, payment and/or damage deposit may instead be made by bank transfer; in that case we process only the bank reference details needed to reconcile the payment.

Your rights. Under GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of any personal data we hold, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority, by emailing villa.calasassari@gmail.com.
